Four teams will fight to finish in the top 8 over the final two matchdays
Sevilla FC (39 points), Athletic Club (38 points), Madrid CFF (34 points), and FC Badalona Women (33 points) will fight over these final two matchdays to finish in the top eight of the league table. These eight spots allow clubs to bypass a round of the Copa de la Reina next season.

Marc Ballester remains at the helm of FC Badalona Women's new project
The Catalan club has announced that Marc Ballester renews as coach of FC Badalona Women for the 2026/2027 season. The coach, who took over on an interim basis in November, will begin his first full season in charge of the first team. “I'm really excited,” he stated.
