Eight LigaF Moeve teams enter the scene in the third round of the Copa de la Reina

The teams that finished from 9th to 14th place last season in Liga F Moeve, along with Deportivo Alavés and Valencia CF, who were recently promoted to the top flight, enter this third round of the Copa de la Reina. Eight ties will be played as single-leg matches between the 4th, 5th and 6th of November.

The Copa de la Reina returns with its third round, featuring eight Liga F Moeve teams, the six clubs that finished from 9th to 14th last season, and the two newly promoted teams to the top flight, Deportivo Alavés and Valencia CF. The draw took place at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas, where Isabel Navas, captain of CD Samper (Segunda RFEF), Mônica Hickmann, captain of Madrid CFF (Liga F Moeve), and Carmen Acedo, from Cacereño (Primera RFEF), were the designated 'innocent hands' for drawing the balls. The eight ties will be played as single-leg matches between 4th, 5th and 6th November at the home ground of the lower-ranked team. In the event of a draw, the results of the eight clashes will be decided by penalties.

All clubs were distributed into three pots, according to their category: Liga F Moeve, Primera Federación and Segunda Federación. RC Celta de Vigo, CD Argual, CE Europa, CD Samper and Sporting de Huelva are the five lower-division clubs, who will face RCD Espanyol, Madrid CFF, Deportivo Abanca, Valencia CF and FC Badalona Women, respectively. Meanwhile, Levante UD, CA Osasuna and Cacereño are the Primera RFEF representatives. The Levante team will host SD Eibar, the Navarran side will take on Logroño United, while the Extremaduran team will face Deportivo Alavés. Eight matches that will determine the teams qualifying for the round of 16, where the top eight teams from last season are already waiting.
