Purpose of processing and legal basis

The personal data in your Curriculum Vitae, as well as those generated during the interview, will be used by LIGA F as data controller, to include you in different selection processes that fit your profile or may be of interest to you. Likewise, you agree to notify us of any changes to the information in your Curriculum Vitae, so that we can fulfill the purpose described above.

The legal basis for processing your data will be the application of pre-contractual measures necessary for your potential hiring as an employee.

Recipients of your data

Only duly authorized personnel of our entity may have knowledge of the information we request. Likewise, those entities that need access to your information so that we can incorporate you into our staff may also have knowledge of it. Similarly, those public or private entities to which we are obliged to provide your personal data in compliance with any law will have knowledge of your information.

Your personal data will be kept for a period of one year from the submission of your job application or candidacy for the personnel selection process. Once the indicated periods have ended, we will proceed to securely delete your data.

Publications

• The User may publish on the LIGA F Profile or Page, comments, images, links, and, in general, any multimedia publication supported by the Social Network.

• The User is warned that any publication on the LIGA F Profile or Page that violates morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or any other applicable legal provision is prohibited.

• LIGA F will not be responsible for the content published by Users.

• In these cases, LIGA F reserves the right to remove the content published by the User and to block the User.

Advertising

• LIGA F may advertise and promote its products and services on the Social Network.

• Recommending the LIGA F page to other Users so that they too can enjoy promotions or be informed of its activity will not be considered advertising.
