The Ipurua stadium brought Matchday 8 of Liga F Moeve to a close. The first chance of the match fell to Sakina Ouzraoui, whose shot was blocked by the armero defence before Anna Wellmann gathered the ball. The response came from the boots of Sara Martín, with an effort that flashed just past the post. In the 21st minute, the opening goal of the match arrived. Marina Rivas slipped a pass in behind the defence. Sakina Ouzraoui controlled the ball and drove past Alimata Bélem. The forward beat Anna Wellmann with a superb strike to break the deadlock. Sánchez Vera's side controlled possession against a Basque club that stood firm at the back. Alba Ruiz went in search of a second with a shot that was collected by the Eibar goalkeeper.

Approaching the half-hour mark, Emilie Nautnes tried her luck with a long-range effort that Anna Wellmann kept out with a sensational save. Shortly after, the striker had to go off injured, making way for Hasnath Ubamba. A minute later, a corner kick was cleared by the Basque side's defence. The ball fell to Alba Ruiz, who took a touch and unleashed a fierce strike straight into the top corner, sending the ball directly into the back of the net. The visitors thought they had pulled a goal back through Sara Martín, but the referee blew for a foul on Paola Ulloa. Before the break, Nerea Sánchez tried her luck with a mid-range shot, but the visiting goalkeeper safely gathered the ball to snuff out the danger.

After the half-time interval, Sánchez Vera made a double substitution, bringing on Débora Bebê and Ailing Herrera to maintain attacking intensity. Even so, it was Iñaki Goikoetxea's side who pushed for a goal. Emma Moreno tried her luck with a shot that Paola Ulloa tipped away with a great save, whilst Noelia Fernández let fly with an effort that crashed into the opposing defence. Past the hour mark, a cross from Adela Rico was met by the head of Sara Martín, but the forward's header drifted just wide of the post. Ángeles del Álamo was the hosts' first change, and the striker took just two minutes to pull a goal back. Noelia Fernández came close to scoring, but it was the Vallecas-born forward who made no mistake.

The striker pounced on a loose ball inside the area to drag her team back into the match. And just three minutes later, Carmen Álvarez made it 2-2 on the scoreboard with a clinical finish from inside the box. The player from Ciudad Rodrigo, who was named MVP of the match, restored parity. Sánchez Vera responded by introducing Inés Konan, who made her debut for the Madrid club, alongside Mariana Silva. The Eibar players carried the attacking threat, but it was Kate Taylor—in an incident reviewed for a potential penalty—who almost found the net. With five minutes remaining, Thirsa de Meester took to the pitch. The final chance fell to Carla Andrés. The central defender tried her luck with a direct free-kick that Paola Ulloa tipped away to ensure the points were shared.
