Ana González returns to Madrid CFF as their first signing of the 2026/2027 season
The Madrid-based side announced the signing of Ana González, who returns to her former home after two seasons at FC Badalona Women. During her final campaign with the Catalan outfit, she played 1,998 minutes across 29 matches, scoring 1 goal while alternating between the centre-back and central midfield positions.

Madrid CFF has already made their first signing for the 2026/2027 Liga F Moeve season: Ana González (26 March 1995, Seville), who arrives from FC Badalona Women, where she has spent the last two seasons. In her final year with the Catalan side, she played a total of 1,998 minutes in 29 matches, starting twenty-three of them, in which she scored 1 goal in her team's 1-1 draw against RCD Espanyol in the Catalan derby. Furthermore, the midfielder, who can also play centre-back, averaged an 83% pass accuracy and won 51% of her duels. Developed in Sevilla FC's academy, and after establishing herself in the Primera División with Real Betis, the Seville-born player returns to the Madrid club, where she played during the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 seasons.
“Very happy. It was what I wanted. A club I know very well, which brings back many good memories. I wanted to relive all of that and achieve new objectives,” highlights the midfielder, who played 53 matches for Madrid CFF in Liga F Moeve, accumulating a total of 4,540 minutes and scoring 7 goals and 3 assists. The Seville-born player was instrumental in the 56 points that earned the Madrid club a historic fifth-place finish. Now she returns home to bring balance, leadership, and personality to the midfield. “I hope we achieve everything we set out to do. It's a new group, and we need to get to know each other, but I'm eager to start working with them, achieve great things, and enjoy a wonderful season,” she concludes.
