The LigaF clubs ratify the first Coordination Agreement in history signed with the RFEF
The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and LigaF have reached a historic agreement with the signing, last Friday, of the first Coordination Agreement between both organisations, which has been ratified today by the clubs of the women's First Division in an Assembly and will be presented in detail in the coming weeks.

This first Agreement, the result of consensus and dialogue in the new era of the RFEF and LigaF, will regulate the relationship between the governing body and LigaF for the next three years. It addresses several fundamental issues related to the organisation of the professional women's football competition, refereeing, and the support and contribution that LigaF and its Clubs will provide to the Clubs participating in non-professional women's football competitions. Likewise, the agreement reflects the RFEF's commitment and investment in the professional women's football project.
The signing of this agreement means that the resolution from the High Council for Sport (CSD), which previously regulated the relationship between the RFEF and LigaF, is now defunct, establishing a regulatory framework that reflects this new phase of understanding and harmony in Spanish football.
