1.- Opening of second round and Packages

As no bids have been received that reached the established Reserve Price for Packages 1 and 2, included in the Terms and Conditions for the commercialisation of the audiovisual content exploitation rights of the Spanish and Andorran Women's First Division National Football Championship, nor for Packages A and B, included in the Terms and Conditions for the commercialisation of the audiovisual content exploitation rights of the Women's First Division National Football Championship in the European Union (jointly, the "Terms and Conditions"), the Control Body for the Management of Audiovisual Rights of LigaF, meeting at 12:30 today, 12 August 2026, has agreed to carry out a second round of bids for said packages, in accordance with section 5.7.a) of the respective Terms and Conditions.

• Package 1 of the terms for Spain consists of eight (8) matches from each matchday of the professional Women's First Division football competition, for pay-TV broadcast, live and on an exclusive basis, without prejudice to the fact that four (4) matches may also be exploited by the Successful Bidder of Package 2 on a free-to-air basis.

• Package 2 of the terms for Spain consists of four (4) matches from each matchday of the professional Women's First Division football competition, for free-to-air broadcast, live and on an exclusive basis, without prejudice to the fact that the matches may also be exploited by the Successful Bidder of Package 1 on a pay-TV basis.

• Package A of the terms for the European Union consists of eight (8) matches from each matchday ofซิ the professional Women's First Division football competition, for pay-TV or free-to-air broadcast, live and on an exclusive basis.

• Package B of the terms for the European Union consists of eight (8) matches from each matchday of the professional Women's First Division football competition, for pay-TV or free-to-air broadcast, live and on an exclusive basis, in specific countries subject to tender, and said Package may be awarded to various Successful Bidders provided that the Bid includes different countries. 

2.- Conditions and schedule of the second round

In this second round, the same terms and conditions established in the corresponding Terms and Conditions, published on 28 July 2026 and available at: https://ligaf.es/noticia/liga-f-inicia-el-procedimiento-de-solicitud-de-ofertas-para-la-comercializacion-de-los-derechos-audiovisuales, shall apply

Thus, the procedure for submitting bids shall be that set out in said Terms and Conditions. However, those Candidates who have already submitted bids in the first round and, therefore, have already submitted the necessary and complementary documentation, will not need to provide it again, and must only submit the new financial proposal.

However, the following schedule shall apply, allowing Candidates to submit bids until 12:00 on 19 August 2026:
