Inês Pereira returns to A Coruña to complete Deportivo Abanca's goalkeeping ranks
The Galician club have announced the signing of Inês Pereira. The Portuguese goalkeeper has spent the last two campaigns with the Galician side on loan from Everton, making a total of 55 appearances and keeping 14 clean sheets. She returns to A Coruña on a permanent deal and signs until 2029 to complete the goalkeeping department.

Deportivo Abanca has a new goalkeeper: Inês Pereira (26 May 1999, Lisbon), who arrives from Everton. The goalkeeper becomes the eleventh signing of the summer for the Deportivo side as they prepare to face Liga F Moeve following the arrivals of: Adriana Ranera (FC Barcelona B), Sofía Domínguez (Basel), Lucía Pardo (Real Sociedad), Paula Hernández (Costa Adeje Tenerife B), Carla Castiñeyras (Alhama CF ElPozo), Ainoa Gómez (FC Barcelona B), Andrea Tarazona (Levante UD), Vega Montesinos (Alhama CF ElPozo), Eva Alonso (Levante UD), Daniela Caracas (RCD Espanyol) and Marisa García (Real Madrid CF). The Portuguese shot-stopper has spent the last two seasons on loan at the Galician club from Everton, playing 55 matches and keeping 14 clean sheets.
Last season in Liga F Moeve, she played 2,430 minutes across 27 games, conceding 45 goals (1.7 goals conceded per match) and making 99 saves, making her the second-highest goalkeeper for interventions in the division. During the league campaign, she kept a clean sheet on 6 occasions. Her club experience is complemented by her status as an international with the senior Portugal national team, with whom she has played 2 matches during the last World Cup and 3 games in the last European Championship, being an undisputed player for the Portuguese side. The new Deportivo Abanca player returns to A Coruña to sign until 2029 with the Galician club, with whom she has already joined training to complete the goalkeeping department.
