The women's football festival was a resounding success at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López. “We felt supported at all times, thanks to the 11,647 fans who backed us from before the first whistle,” reflected Yerai Martín, the coach of the blue and white team, at the press conference following the match. An attendance figure that represents a record number of spectators for a Costa Adeje Tenerife match in its history. The event began several hours before the kick-off, with a 'fan zone' in the vicinity of the stadium where youngsters could enjoy various activities: a pre-concert with a performance by Nueva Línea, food trucks, and stands from various sponsors. Furthermore, the president of Liga F, Beatriz Álvarez, did not want to miss a historic occasion and was present in the presidential box to watch the match.

“It’s a fantastic atmosphere. It’s a pleasure to see how this club works. It’s a benchmark for the work it does,” expressed the competition's top official. The ceremonial kick-off was performed by artist Abraham Mateo, while, on the pitch, the Tenerife side fell 1-3 to FC Barcelona. The home team took the lead with a goal from Paulina Gramaglia and competed until the end with one player less due to the expulsion of Violeta Quiles just after the half-hour mark, demonstrating character and competitiveness. “Playing at home in front of so many people is an indescribable feeling. The support of our fans always gives us the strength to fight until the final whistle, thank you for turning the Heliodoro into a great football festival,” stated the goalscorer. The voice of singer Gara Alemán provided the rhythm at half-time, although the final flourish to the event came at the end of the duel.

Abraham Mateo's Live Performance

The renowned Spanish singer, songwriter, producer, and actor performed live in front of the 11,647 spectators who filled the stands of the Heliodoro Rodríguez López for the great women's football festival. A historic event in the history of the top women's competition, as football and music had never been combined before, nor had a live concert taken place after a match. Furthermore, it wasn't just the fans who enjoyed the music, but also the first-team players of the blue and white squad, who joined the singer at the end of the game. Youth academy teams from Tenerife also joined in, receiving their well-deserved tribute for their respective seasons before also joining the celebration, where the artist, a winner of seven studio albums and multiple gold and platinum records in various countries, capped off a day to remember.
