A unique and innovative event. This is the grand staging that Costa Adeje Tenerife will roll out to welcome FC Barcelona on Sunday, May 10th at 6:00 PM at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López, in the Matchday 28 fixture of Liga F Moeve. Last season, 9,617 spectators attended to witness the game against the blaugranas. A figure that the Tenerife club aims to surpass this year in a stadium where they are also playing all their home matches. The grand celebration of women's football will feature a 'fan zone' that will kick off almost three hours before the match begins, serving to liven up a memorable day, with musical performances and pre-game activities, where fans can have fun and enjoy a great day.

A spectacle on the pitch

“The match is a reward for our season,” explained Clau Blanco, one of the Costa Adeje Tenerife players, about the game against FC Barcelona. A clash where the Tenerife team will seek to enjoy the magnificent year they are having. The Canarian side has reached this break in 4th position in the League Table with 46 points, eight points off the places that grant access to next season's Champions League. Furthermore, the islanders have conceded the second-fewest goals (16), precisely behind the blaugranas, who have only conceded six goals in the domestic competition. Pere Romeu's team would arrive at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López as Liga F Moeve champions, with their star players ready to put on a show on the pitch.

The players of Costa Adeje Tenerife need their fans more than ever, a fanbase that has responded throughout the season. The home team, who lost 2-0 to the Catalan side in the first-leg match, will be looking to pull off an upset and take all three points from their stadium. “We need the fans. We want them to come, enjoy with us, and for us all to experience a special day together,” continued Clau Blanco, who also highlighted the appeal of Abraham Mateo's concert. “He is a very well-known artist, and it's a wonderful opportunity for people to come, support us, and hopefully, we can fill the Heliodoro,” concluded the player from Seville. A celebration of women's football in one of the most anticipated matches of the year in the top flight.

Abraham Mateo's Performance

After the match, all fans who attend the stadium will be able to enjoy a live concert by Abraham Mateo, an initiative by the blanquiazul club to reward everyone who attends the game. The well-known Spanish singer, songwriter, producer, and actor gained international recognition at just 14 years old and has since released seven studio albums, achieving multiple gold and platinum records in various countries. He has also collaborated with numerous international artists on his songs and has become one of the biggest figures in Spanish pop. An event that will combine entertainment, live music, and good football at the Heliodoro, where the spectacle is guaranteed.
