Real Madrid CF said goodbye to the season at home by securing their fourth consecutive victory, all of which were clean sheets. Alba Redondo also tried her luck, but without success, while Chika Hirao gathered a powerful strike from Linda Caicedo. The visiting goalkeeper also produced a miraculous save to deny Athenea del Castillo. The final action of the first half fell to Sonya Keefe, but her effort went high. In the second half, Irune Dorado found Athenea. The Cantabrian, who was named Player of the Match, fired a thunderbolt from inside the box to beat the Japanese goalkeeper and open the scoring at the Di Stéfano. Just a few minutes later, Toletti connected with Caroline Weir, who doubled the lead. Granada CF tried to respond, but were unable to narrow the deficit.

Before kick-off, Natalia Ramos received the Player of the Month award for April, and María Estella was honoured. Additionally, the Tenerife players took to the pitch with dogs as part of a charity initiative. Within a minute of play, Paulina Gramaglia opened the scoring, but the referee disallowed the goal. A goal fest for Athletic Club to close out the season. Before the match, Naroa Uriarte and Olatz Santana received a well-deserved tribute. The striker, who was named Player of the Match, received a great pass from Clara Pinedo and ended up beating the Murcian goalkeeper with a great shot. A few minutes later, Jone Amezaga joined the Basque party with a great finish. The fourth was the work of Ane Campos, who completed her brace by finishing a cross into the heart of the box. Alhama CF ElPozo narrowed the scoreline with a goal from Mariana Díaz, who pounced on a loose ball from inside the box to score the visitors' final goal in the top flight.
