Both teams arrived at the match with a perfect record, although the Bilbao side were top due to having scored more goals. Suhaila Pérez unleashed a magnificent strike to open the scoring. The goal forced the Tenerife side to push forward in search of an equaliser, but it was the Levante club that came close to doubling their lead, albeit without luck. The match remained open, and Costa Adeje Tenerife came close with an attempted Olympic goal that hit the crossbar directly, much to the relief of the Canary Islands team. The final whistle confirmed the victory for Álvaro Patón's side, who move to six points, both with clean sheets.

The Seville side sought to redeem themselves but failed to find gaps in the Blaugrana defence.
