“I am arriving at Valencia CF Femenino with great excitement and a desire to begin this new chapter,” admits Carol Marín (Sagunto, 27 November 1996) in her first words as a new player for the 'Che' side. The midfielder becomes the third signing for the 'Blanquinegras' following their return to the top flight, joining the returning Débora García and French goalkeeper Alice Pinguet. With this signing, the Valencian side gains experience in the middle of the park. A product of the Levante UD youth academy, the midfielder made her debut for the 'Granota' first team in the 2014-15 season, wearing the 'Azulgrana' shirt for five campaigns until the summer of 2019, when she moved to DUX Logroño for a two-season spell.
Following her time with the Riojan side, the midfielder joined RCD Espanyol. During her four years with the Catalan club, she achieved promotion to Liga F Moeve and secured survival in the top flight. Last season, she returned to Levante UD, where she played 2,149 league minutes across 30 matches, providing one assist, though the team ultimately suffered relegation to Primera RFEF. This season, she faces a new adventure at Valencia CF, where she has signed until 2027. “I hope to enjoy playing again and bring out my best version on the pitch. Collectively, I would like us to be a competitive, resilient, adaptable, and hard-to-beat team; that will bring us closer to achieving our goals this season,” the midfielder concludes regarding her objectives.
