Prior to the Granada CF - FC Barcelona match, which was played at the Nuevo Los Cármenes stadium, a remote-controlled Volkswagen car entered the pitch with the official Liga F match ball. The vehicle was customised with the colours of the rainbow flag for the 'Amor Por Los Colores' campaign.

A very special arrival of the ball from Liga F Moeve. Before the match kicked off at the Nuevo Los Cármenes stadium, and with the players from Granada CF and FC Barcelona already on the pitch, a remote-controlled Volkswagen car drove to the centre circle carrying the official competition ball. The match referee, Raquel Suárez, was responsible for collecting the ball under the watchful eye of the 5,100 spectators present in the stands of the home team's stadium. Furthermore, the vehicle was personalised with the colours of the rainbow flag for Liga F's 'Love For Colours' campaign, to commemorate the International Day Against LGTBIfobia in Sport.

This was just one of the many actions that took place during the build-up to the match on the twenty-first matchday of Liga F Moeve. On 1 August 2025, Volkswagen, LALIGA, and Liga F signed a strategic agreement whereby the automotive brand became the global sponsor of the women's competition for the upcoming seasons, ensuring the championship continues to grow each year. Last season was the first time a remote-controlled car was used to bring the match ball to the centre circle. This action, which was pioneering in Spanish football up to that point, took place at the Ciutat de València stadium during the match between Levante UD and FC Barcelona.
