Valencian derby in the first round for promotion to LigaF
Villarreal CF and Valencia CF will meet on Saturday, May 23rd at 18:00h at the Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza in the first leg of the promotion playoff semi-final to Liga F Moeve. Both teams have faced each other twice this season, with a Valencia CF victory (1-0) in the first leg, and a draw (2-2) in the return leg.

There are only two teams left looking to join Deportivo Alavés (2nd place with 56 points) in the Primera División. Villarreal CF (6th place with 38 points) reach this stage after overcoming CA Osasuna 5-2 on aggregate, while Valencia CF (3rd place with 46 points) defeated CD Alba Fundación Femenino 4-3 on aggregate. Both teams have faced each other twice this season, with a win for the 'blanquinegros' (1-0) in the first leg and a draw (2-2) in the return fixture. Furthermore, both clubs are familiar with playing in the top flight. The 'che' side would return to the Primera División after a one-year absence, while the 'groguet' side would return to the elite after two seasons in Primera RFEF.
The first leg of this promotion playoff final to Liga F Moeve will take place on Saturday, 23 May at 18:00h at the Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza. Valencia CF, who finished third in the regular league season, have the home advantage for the second leg. Additionally, in the event of a draw on aggregate, the tie will go to extra time, but not penalties, as the 'che' side would be promoted due to their higher finish in the regular league table. The decider will be on Saturday, 30 May at 18:00h at the Antonio Puchades. Two teams from the Valencian Community are looking to secure the final promotion spot to the top flight.
