The Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium buzzed with the clash that closed out the twenty-fourth matchday of Liga F Moeve. The first chance of the match fell to Linda Caicedo with a low cross that went straight into Cata Coll's hands. From then on, the Blaugrana team dominated, with a shot from Alexia that went over the bar. Lakrar also came close to putting the ball into her own net, and Graham tried her luck with a shot that Cata Coll saved. In the 18th minute, Patri Guijarro spotted Ona Batlle at the edge of the box and the full-back, who was the MVP of the clash, unleashed a thunderous strike that found the back of the net. Misa saved a second goal, with the help of Rocío, who cleared an Alexia shot off the goal line. On the half-hour mark, Patri Guijarro came close to scoring with a shot that grazed the post.

For their part, Real Madrid could not level the match in the final minutes of the first half. After the break, FC Barcelona looked to extend their lead, and found their reward just six minutes into the second half. Graham Hansen produced a magnificent individual play, and delivered a killer pass for Alexia Putellas, who made it 0-2 on the scoreboard. The Azulgranas quickly extended their lead again with a cross from Ona Batlle that Lakrar, attempting to clear, ended up putting into her own net. Misa was close to keeping the ball out, but it ultimately crossed the line. Pere Romeu brought on Claudia Pina and Mapi León, while Irune Dorado, Weir, and Feller came on for the Merengue team. Graham came close to joining the Culé party, but Misa denied the goal.

Despite the difference on the scoreboard, the Azulgranas continued to create dangerous chances, and Paredes headed wide from a powerful cross by Salma. Brugts also came close to scoring, but the Dutch player's shot was ultimately saved by Misa on the line to prevent the Blaugrana rout from being even greater. The Canarian goalkeeper also showed her reflexes to parry Vicky López's shot. The Catalan side continued to dominate, while Real Madrid CF only looked to Feller in attack, without success. The last big chance of the match fell to Claudia Pina. The attacker rounded Misa inside the box, but her shot went straight into the back of the net. With the final whistle, FC Barcelona's victory was confirmed, extending their lead at the top by thirteen points. This Thursday they will face each other in the Champions League return leg.
