The Andalusian side took victory in a clash between two teams arriving at the match in good form. The first chance of the game came from a cross into the box which Andrea Gómez headed, but it went over the crossbar. The home side again generated danger with a magnificent run by Ariadna Mingueza who found Manoly Baquerizo out wide. The full-back's cross-shot was pushed away by Romane Salvador with a great save to clear the dangerous action. The French goalkeeper was once again the protagonist a few minutes later after saving a shot from inside the area by Lauri Requena. Just before the half-hour mark, a delivery into the box was cleared by Daniela Carecas, but the ball remained loose, and Manoly Baquerizo managed to send it into the back of the net to break the deadlock.
The visitors grew into the game towards the end of the first half but couldn't get past the Granada defence. After the break, Sara Monforte brought on Anna Torrodà to reinforce the midfield. The visitors pushed for an equaliser. Ona Baradad, with a shot from inside the area, came close to scoring, but the winger's effort met an inspired Laura Sánchez. The young goalkeeper, who made six saves throughout the match, was the MVP of the game. The visiting coach also introduced Cristina Baudet to try and add more attacking impetus, but, once again, Laura Sánchez proved decisive. A cross from Lucía Vallejo from inside the area was headed by Ainoa Campo, but the home goalkeeper made a providential save to deny the close-range header.

The goalkeeper then kept a clean sheet again, pushing away a shot from Cristina Baudet with the help of the post. The rebound fell to Ona Baradad, but the forward's strike once again crashed against the formidable reaction of the goalkeeper from Argamasilla de Alba, who prevented the goal. Browne also came on for the Catalan side, and Miku and Cristina Postigo for the Granada team. The defender was indeed involved in added time. A cross from the edge of the area was headed into the net by Manoly Baquerizo. An unstoppable header to make it 2-0 and seal the victory. With this result, Granada CF remains in 6th position in LigaF Moeve with 41 points, while the visitors sit in 11th position with 28 points.
