Both teams, coming off wins in their respective matches, took to the pitch with the aim of securing all three points. Fatou Kanteh tried her luck with a shot that the Deportivo Femenino defence cleared without difficulty. The first clear chance came after eleven minutes of play. A great collective move was finished by Vera Martínez with a powerful strike that Sullastres tipped wide for a corner, although the play was ultimately disallowed for offside. Sevilla FC Femenino came close to scoring with a powerful shot from Esther Martín-Pozuelo from the far post. The full-back capitalised on a great pass from Rosa Márquez but couldn't find the target. Before half-time, the visitors attempted an Olympic goal (direct from a corner), which Yohana Gómez saved. The ball fell to Isa Álvarez, but her shot went into the side netting.

After the break, Sevilla FC Femenino took just seven minutes to break the deadlock at Riazor following a set-piece play from a free-kick. In the 52nd minute, Raquel Morcillo threaded a ball through to Esther Martín-Pozuelo, who delivered a low cross that Lucía Moral 'WIFI' slotted into the back of the net. The forward, who was named MVP of the match, scored her second goal a few minutes later after capitalising on a good pass from Gemma Gili. Four goals in four matches for the striker, who is in excellent form. The goal hurt the Deportivo Femenino side, who conceded a third just minutes later through Fatou Kanteh, who beat Yohana Gómez with a cross-shot that went straight into the back of the net. Both managers were quick to make substitutions.

Indeed, Andrea Álvarez, who had come on with fifteen minutes remaining, unleashed a powerful shot that struck the woodwork. The forward didn't take long to join her team's goal fest in the 89th minute. After winning the ball, she saw Yohana Gómez off her line and took a superb shot that the goalkeeper couldn't save, making it 0-4 on the scoreboard at Riazor stadium. The last chance of the match fell to Esperanza Pizarro, but the Uruguay international's effort was saved by Esther Sullastres with a magnificent intervention to keep a clean sheet. With this victory, the Sevilla FC Femenino side moves into 5th position in Liga F Moeve with 33 points, eight points off a Champions League spot. Meanwhile, Deportivo Femenino remain on 20 points, eleven points above the relegation zone.
