The Madrid derby brought the weekend in Liga F Moeve to a close. Real Madrid CF started the brighter side, enjoying possession and looking to create danger, but the first chance of the match fell to Sánchez Vera’s side. A delivery from the flank by Emilie Nautnes was gathered by Misa without any trouble. Marina Rivas also tried her luck with an off-target effort. The visiting defence was also very alert, blocking several shots from Madrid CFF from inside the box, where the hosts appealed for a potential handball that the referee did not award. For their part, Angeldahl attempted a cross-shot that drifted wide. Half an hour into the match, Eva Navarro tried her luck with a direct free-kick that failed to find the target. At the other end, Melgard fired a shot that went well wide, much to the relief of the home defence.

Before the break, Emilie Nautnes looked for a goal with a header that missed the target, while the final chance of the first half was a powerful strike from Melgard that went very close to Misa Rodríguez's goal, who watched as the ball drifted wide. Just after the start of the second half, and with no changes for either side, Athenea combined with Linda Caicedo. The Colombian forward, who was the MVP of the match, broke into the box and unleashed a cross-shot to beat Paola Ulloa and break the deadlock at the Fernando Torres. The response came from Emilie Nautnes, who tried a shot that was saved by Misa Rodríguez. In search of an equaliser, Sánchez Vera shuffled his pack with the introduction of Claudia García and Nerea Sánchez. Madrid CFF kept pushing, and Hildur Antonsdottir looked for a goal with a header.

The ball was eventually caught safely by Misa Rodríguez. For their part, Real Madrid CF looked to seal the win with a thunderbolt from Sheila García that went over the crossbar. Weir also tried her luck with a shot from inside the box that Paola Ulloa saved to clear the danger with authority. In the 73rd minute, Sara Däbritz unleashed a strike from outside the area to make it 0-2 on the scoreboard. Freja Siri and Bárbara López came on for the hosts to try and get back into the game. In the final minutes, the home side pushed for a goal, but the visitors' defence kept a clean sheet to take home all three points. With this victory, Real Madrid CF remain in 2nd place in Liga F Moeve with 59 points, ten behind the leaders, while Madrid CFF head into the international break in mid-table and after four consecutive matches without a win.
