RCD Espanyol and Sevilla FC took to the pitch aiming to secure all three points in Judit Pablos's final match in the 'perico' shirt. Romane Salvador dealt with Esther Martín-Pozuelo's first foray into the box. The French goalkeeper also looked very assured when catching a long-range shot. Gemma Gili tried her luck with a direct free-kick, which also went straight into the hands of the 'perico' team's goalkeeper. At the other end, Judit Pablos tried her luck with a header from the far post, but Esther Sullastres gathered the ball comfortably. Rosa Márquez also came close to scoring. Her shot deflected off a 'perico' defender and went out for a corner. Around the twenty-minute mark, Fatou Kanteh looked for a goal, but none of her teammates managed to get a shot away. Raquel Morcillo also tried her luck with a long-range effort.

The home side grew into the game through set-pieces and by looking for Browne in attack, but the striker couldn't get past the Sevilla FC defence, which was very well organised at the back. Before half-time, Judit Pablos, who was the MVP of the match, tried her luck in attack, but couldn't find the net. The last action of the first half was a cross into the box that Sullastres punched clear. The ball fell to Ariadna Domènech, but the defender's shot went over the bar. After the restart, Sara Monforte brought Paula Arana into the attack. In the second half, Browne came close to scoring, but the forward's header went over. Rosa Márquez provided the reply, but the 'perico' defence cleared the ball. Half an hour into the second half, Xenia Barrios came on for the Andalusian team to add more directness in attack. Romane Salvador also dealt with a dangerous direct free-kick.

In the 66th minute, Judit Pablos, who is retiring from football, received a guard of honour from her teammates, who applauded her as she left the pitch. Browne tried her luck in the 'perico' attack, and Romane Salvador caught a shot from Xenia Barrios from inside the box. Alice Marques also came close to scoring, but her shot went over the home goal. With seven minutes remaining, Sara Monforte handed a debut to academy player Lucía Loras. The last major action of the match fell to Naima García, who showed great skill to get past her defender, but none of her teammates could connect with the ball at the far post. With the final whistle, both teams ended up sharing the points. RCD Espanyol finished in 11th position in LigaF Moeve with 31 points, while Sevilla FC secured that much-desired 8th position in the standings with 41 points to their name.
