Match report

In the early stages of the match, Granada looked more incisive and even claimed a penalty that the Foorball Video Support dismissed. Gradually, Madrid CFF gained control of the game, while Irene Ferreras' side looked to surprise on the counter-attack.

In the 26th minute, the home side had their clearest chance of the first half, from a move by Allegra down the left wing, after entering the box and delivering a ball to the far post that Norway's Nautnes narrowly missed.

The counter-attacking play paid off for Granada and in the 36th minute, Laura Pérez capitalised on a through ball down the right wing, to deliver a cross into the centre of the box that Keefe slotted in tight to the post, surprising Paola Ulloa to make it 0-1. The Czech player could have extended their lead in the 40th minute, but her second goal was disallowed for offside, after FVS review.

In the second half, Javier Aguado's side took control of the ball and piled pressure on Laura Sánchez's goal. In the 52nd minute, Villafañe had to withdraw with a cut to her forehead, but fortunately was able to return to the pitch minutes later with a bulky bandage.

Angela Sosa took the lead in Madrid CFF's attack and had a double chance. In the 64th minute, she unleashed a shot from outside the box that the Granada goalkeeper saved comfortably, and in the 72nd minute, she hit the post with a very tight corner kick.
Moments later, Madrid CFF, pushing forward, claimed a penalty that the referee did not award and watched as the three points flew towards Granada, who, with a solid defence, managed to secure their third victory of the season and move into seventh position.
