The Las Gaunas stadium was adorned to welcome FC Barcelona, with defender Adriana Ranera making her debut. Furthermore, Ona Batlle made her 100th appearance for the Blaugrana. The Blaugrana, who wore shirts in support of Marta Torrejón following the passing of her father and Laia Aleixandri due to her ACL injury, quickly took control of possession, and Salma tried her luck with a shot that Miralles comfortably saved. Miralles also remained very alert to anticipate Kika Nazareth. Again, Salma had the clearest chance with a shot that hit the woodwork. The defence of the Riojan team remained solid at the back. After twenty minutes of play, Carla Julià tried her luck with a shot that went over the bar, much to the relief of the home defence.

Pere Romeu's side continued their efforts, but couldn't find a way past a solid María Miralles between the sticks. Vicky López and Clara Serrajordi tried their luck with two shots that went wide. The Blaugrana repeatedly hit the DUX Logroño defensive wall, while Mawete, on the counter-attack, failed to create danger for Gemma Font's goal. Just before half-time, Miralles prevented Vicky López's goal with an effective save. After the break, FC Barcelona only took five minutes to break the deadlock. Graham Hansen delivered a pass to the far post, where Carla Julià only had to tap the ball into the back of the net to break the resistance of the home side. Just two minutes later, Kika Nazareth managed to double the lead.
The Blaugrana club had managed to find gaps in the opposition defence. And, in the 56th minute, Vicky López pounced on a rebound from Miralles inside the box to score the third goal in front of the 4,454 spectators who attended the Las Gaunas stadium. A virtually decisive goal that prompted the first changes on the bench for the Riojan team. Catalina Ongaro and Welma Fon, who debuted for DUX Logroño, entered the field of play. Miralles prevented the fourth with a good save. María Llorella made her first appearance for the FC Barcelona first team, who conquered Las Gaunas with Graham Hansen named MVP of the match. The Blaugrana maintain their ten-point lead at the top of the league, while the Riojanas are on 9 points, marking the safety zone.
