FC Badalona Women pulled off the biggest surprise of the twenty-third matchday.

The Catalan side defeated Sevilla FC 5-1 in one of the standout matches of Matchday 23 of Liga F Moeve. Meanwhile, Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid CF struggled to win, defeating Alhama CF ElPozo 2-1 and SD Eibar 1-0 at Artés Carrasco and Ipurua respectively.

From the opening minutes, Real Sociedad sought to take control of possession. Laura Coronado was very alert to collect a ball in the box. The goalkeeper intervened again with a great save from Aiara Agirrezabala, and then with a spectacular stop to Andreia Jacinto. The Portuguese midfielder tried her luck with an effort from outside the area. Although the clearest chance of the first half fell to Claudia Florentino, she first met the home goalkeeper, and then Ana Franco cleared the shot on the goal line. Right at the start of the second half, Aiara Agirrezabala, who was the match MVP, delivered a cross that Klára Cahynová headed home from inside the box to break the deadlock in Buñol. Levante pushed in the final stretch looking for the equaliser, but the Donostiarra defence secured the victory.

Daniela Agote pulled one back after winning the ball high up the pitch, and Kika Nazareth, with a late brace, joined the Catalan party to extend the rout.

Atlético de Madrid managed to secure all three points in the closing stages of the match. In the first half, Gio Queiroz went close with a shot that narrowly missed the post. Following a corner, Júlia Bartel, who went off injured for Boe Risa to come on, also came close to scoring. At the other end, Patri Larqué prevented a goal from Mari Jose. Koko had the first chance of the duel, but her shot went wide. Salomé Prat also tried her luck, but without success.
