Atlético de Madrid managed to secure all three points in the closing stages of the match. In the first half, Gio Queiroz went close with a shot that narrowly missed the post. Following a corner, Júlia Bartel, who went off injured for Boe Risa to come on, also came close to scoring. At the other end, Patri Larqué prevented a goal from Mari Jose.
