El Puchades will decide the second team promoted to LigaF Moeve
Valencia CF and Villarreal CF will face each other on Saturday, May 30th at 6:00 PM at Antonio Puchades in the second leg of the promotion playoff semi-final for Liga F Moeve. The first leg ended in a 0-0 draw. In case of a draw, there would be extra time, but no penalties, and the white and black team would be promoted.

Only one can remain. Valencia CF and Villarreal CF will face off on Saturday, May 30th at 18:00h at the Antonio Puchades in the second leg of the promotion playoff to the First Division. A final for promotion to LigaF Moeve, and to join Deportivo Alavés (2nd in the standings with 56 points) in the top flight. In the first leg, both teams failed to score (0-0), and the tie will be decided in the return leg. This will be the fourth time the two sides have met this season, following the first leg and the two regular season matches. The Valencian club won the first of those two encounters 1-0, while both clubs drew 2-2 in the second clash. Both the Che and Groguet sides would return to the top flight. The home team would return after being relegated last season and finishing four points adrift of safety.
For their part, the visiting team would return to the elite after two consecutive seasons in Primera RFEF, having been relegated in the 2023/2024 season with 25 points, two points from safety. Due to finishing in a better position in the regular league, el Valencia CF (3rd in the standings with 46 points) has home advantage for the second leg. Furthermore, in case of a draw in these final forty-five minutes, the match would go to extra time, but not penalties, as the Che side would be promoted having finished in a better league position. Therefore, Villarreal CF (6th in the standings with 38 points) is obliged to score at least one goal to be promoted to the top flight. Next season, Liga F Moeve will feature a team from the Valencian Community. The Valencian club and the Yellow Submarine will battle for that final ticket to the elite.
