On Wednesday, March 25th, voting opened to choose the Player of the Month for March: ‘Player of the month’. Following an initiative that EA SPORTS established last season, Liga F became the pioneering women's league to introduce this award for the footballer with the best monthly performance and statistics in Spain's top flight. The Spanish league joined five other men's leagues that already offer this award in collaboration with EA SPORTS: LALIGA EA SPORTS, Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1.
The seven nominated footballers were: Kika Nazareth (FC Barcelona), Amaiur Sarriegi (Atlético de Madrid), Eva Navarro (Real Madrid CF), Laura Pérez (Granada CF), Itziar Pinillos (FC Badalona Women), Fatou Kanteh (Sevilla FC), and Ona Baradad (RCD Espanyol). Ultimately, the winner is the forward from Atlético de Madrid. The player from San Sebastián played 305 minutes across five Liga F Moeve matches in March, scoring 3 goals and providing one assist. This included a hat-trick in her team's victory against DUX Logroño.
