Sevilla FC secured all three points at home by beating Levante UD. The opening goal of the match came from Esther Martín-Pozuelo. The full-back from Ciudad Real unleashed an unstoppable left-footed direct free-kick from just outside the corner of the penalty area. The ball clipped the post before nestling into the back of the net, making it impossible for Andrea Tarazona to reach. This was the only goal the defender scored throughout the last league campaign.
