Sandra Castelló also went close with a lofted effort that missed the target. Catalina Ongaro responded for the hosts with a header that went over the bar, and the Argentine striker tried her luck again with another header minutes later. Just when it seemed the first half would end goalless, Isina worked her magic. Xenia Barrios, a constant threat throughout the match, left a loose ball on the edge of the area, which Alba López pounced on and hammered straight into the back of the net with a powerful finish. The Sevilla full-back, who was named player of the match, brought the score level at 1-1.

Four minutes later, the visitors completed their comeback. A mistake playing out from the back by Miralles allowed Rosa Márquez to pounce, and she made no mistake in slotting the ball into the back of the net. A third goal looked certain for Xenia Barrios, but Miralles pulled off a vital save. Alena Pěčková and María Barquero entered the fray for the home side in search of an equaliser. The crossbar denied Gemma Gili. In the 90th minute, a low cross into the box was contested by Marta Masferrer. The centre-back managed to force the ball home amidst protests from the Sevilla players, who claimed a foul on Sullastres. The referee initially disallowed the goal, before ultimately awarding it. Sandra Castelló had the final chance with a shot off target, but the scoreline remained unchanged.
