Madrid derby to kick off the league season
Real Madrid CF and Atlético de Madrid go head-to-head at the Alfredo Di Stéfano on Sunday 30 August at 21:00 CEST, broadcast on DAZN, in the blockbuster fixture of Matchday 1 of Liga F Moeve. The club *blanco* come into the match following a win against Ajax in the first leg of their Champions League qualifier. The sides met three times last season.

One of the major focal points of the first matchday of LigaF Moeve will be the Madrid derby. Real Madrid CF, who finished last season in 2nd position with 72 points, arrive having beaten Ajax 0-2 in the first leg of the UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying round. Furthermore, during pre-season, Pau Quesada's side ended with a record of three wins and just one defeat in their four summer encounters. The white-clad team, who have made six signings during this transfer window, will be without academy players Laia López, Noemí Bejarano, Silvia Cristóbal, Irune Dorado, and Pau Comendador, who are called up for the U20 World Cup, while forward Signe Bruun is a doubt for the league clash.
