On Monday, March 2, the Player of the Month for February was revealed: ‘Player of the month’. This initiative saw EA SPORTS choose LigaF last season to become the pioneering women's league to debut this award for the footballer with the best monthly performance and statistics in the Spanish First Division, as voted by fans. The Spanish competition joined five other men's leagues that already offered this award in collaboration with EA SPORTS: LALIGA EA SPORTS, Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1. Following the respective votes, the winner was Lucía Moral 'WIFI', who joins Athenea del Castillo (January), Ewa Pajor (December), Claudia Pina (November), Edna Imade (October), and Luany (September).

The Cordoban forward beat the other six nominated players: Signe Bruun (Real Madrid CF), Paula Fernández (Real Sociedad), Kika Nazareth (FC Barcelona), Natalia Ramos (Costa Adeje Tenerife), Esperanza Pizarro (Deportivo Abanca), and Andrea Gómez (Granada CF). The Sevilla FC player played 135 minutes across two matches in February's LigaF Moeve. In that time, the attacker managed to score four goals, with two braces against Athletic Club and Deportivo Abanca.

Furthermore, the striker, who has already accumulated 517 minutes across fifteen domestic league matches, boasts a goal every 129 minutes. The Sevilla FC attacker collected the trophy, along with the special FC 26 item, at the Jesús Navas stadium in the build-up to the Matchday 23 fixture of LigaF Moeve against FC Badalona Women. With this initiative, EA SPORTS continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to promoting women's football, specifically by making the Spanish competition a global pioneer in such actions.
