1.- Second Round and Lots Opening

As no offers were received that met the Reserve Price established for Lots 1 and 2, included in the Bases for the commercialisation of the audiovisual exploitation rights for the Spanish First Division Women's Football Championship in Spain and Andorra, nor for Lots A and B, included in the Bases for the commercialisation of the audiovisual exploitation rights for the First Division Women's Football Championship in the European Union (collectively, the “Bases”), the Control Body for the Management of Liga F's Audiovisual Rights, meeting at 12:30 PM today, 12 August 2026, has agreed to conduct a second round of offers for said lots, in accordance with section 5.7.a) of the respective Bases.

• Lot 1 of the bases for Spain consists of eight (8) matches from each matchday of the professional First Division Women's Football competition, for broadcast on a pay-per-view basis, live and on an exclusive basis, without prejudice to the fact that four (4) matches may also be exploited by the Holder of Lot 2 on a free-to-air basis.

• Lot 2 of the bases for Spain consists of four (4) matches from each matchday of the professional First Division Women's Football competition, for broadcast on a free-to-air basis, live and on an exclusive basis, without prejudice to the fact that the matches may also be exploited by the Holder of Lot 1 on a pay-per-view basis.

• Lot A of the bases for the European Union consists of eight (8) matches from each matchday of the professional First Division Women's Football competition, for broadcast on a pay-per-view or free-to-air basis, live and on an exclusive basis.

• Lot B of the bases for the European Union consists of eight (8) matches from each matchday of the professional First Division Women's Football competition, for broadcast on a pay-per-view or free-to-air basis, live and on an exclusive basis, in specific countries subject to tender, and said Lot may be awarded to various Holders provided the Offer includes different countries. 

2.- Conditions and Calendar for the Second Round

The same terms and conditions established in the corresponding Bases, published on 28 July 2026 and available at: https://ligaf.es/noticia/liga-f-inicia-el-procedimiento-de-solicitud-de-ofertas-para-la-comercializacion-de-los-derechos-audiovisuales, will apply in this second round. Thus, the offer submission procedure will be as outlined in said Bases. However, Candidates who have already submitted offers in the first round and, therefore, have already submitted the necessary and supplementary documentation, will not need to submit it again, only needing to submit the new economic proposal.

However, the following calendar will apply, allowing Candidates to submit offers until 12:00 PM on 19 August 2026:
