A stalemate at Jesús Navas, in a match where goals were guaranteed. Esther-Martín Pozuelo showed attacking intent for the Sevillistas, while FC Badalona Women sought to control the match with Lauri Requena, who tried but without success in front of the opposition goal. The deadlock was broken after half an hour of play. A poor back-pass with the head from Lorena Navarro was capitalised on by Fatou Kanteh. The Gambian international slipped between Cristina Cubedo and Txell Font to lightly touch the ball and send it directly into the back of the net. A goal to open the scoring, making it 1-0. The visiting side tried to react by seeking Elena Julve's pace upfront.

María Llompart also showed intent, breaking down the wing to create danger. Before half-time, Fatou Kanteh had to withdraw injured to applause, and Andrea Álvarez came on in her place. The visitors sought an equaliser at the end of the first half, but failed to break down the opposition defence. After the break, Marc Ballester made the first change of the match with the introduction of Paula Sánchez. The midfielder, who was the MVP of the match, took just three minutes to get past her defender down the wing and deliver a pull-back pass for Lucía Martínez. The player from Burgos controlled the ball inside the area and unleashed a tremendous left-footed strike that flew directly into the top corner.

That goal opened up the match even further. Elena Julve showed attacking intent for the Catalan club, while Andrea Álvarez sought a goal for the Sevillistas. In the 55th minute, Alba López joined the attack and delivered a good cross to the penalty spot, Esther Martín-Pozuelo let the ball run, and Rosa Márquez put Sevilla FC back in front. Marc Ballester's side launched themselves back into attack and appealed for a possible penalty on Cristina Cubedo, which the referee did not award. Gemma Gili and Xenia Barrios were the first changes for the home side. The Sevillistas' joy was short-lived. Lauri Requena played the ball wide to Elena Julve. The winger broke down the flank and Sheila Guijarro, from the near post, headed home to level the scores.

The game was finely poised, and Sevilla FC, on the counter-attack, came close to taking the lead again. Xenia Barrios found herself one-on-one with Txell Font, who made a great save with her foot to deflect the ball. The rebound fell to Rosa Márquez, who attempted a shot over the bar. Paula Sánchez continued to press for the Catalan team, and Irina Uribe could have scored with a shot wide. In stoppage time, Mirari Uria unleashed a right-footed shot that took a slight deflection off Alice Marques, altering the ball's trajectory and wrong-footing Sullastres. Barely two minutes later, Gemma Gili played a ball into the six-yard box, Jassina Blom controlled it with her chest and, without letting the ball bounce, made it 3-3 on the scoreboard.
